Lykhaari is operated by IwebsDesign (“I Webs Design”), a sole proprietorship of Haseeb Iqbal, of 1, House no 152, Street no 1, MH. Sharif-Pura, Gujranwala.

1. Agreement

By accessing Lykhaari at lykhaari.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Lykhaari is a software-as-a-service product that helps creators generate, edit, style, and export captions for video and audio. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Editor, Creator, or Studio). We may improve or change features over time; material changes to paid entitlements will be reflected on the pricing page and in your account.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Prices shown on our website match our Paddle catalog. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing through the customer portal linked from your subscription page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Do not reverse-engineer or abuse the APIs beyond normal product use.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of media and captions you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service (transcription, storage, export). We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” Transcription quality depends on audio clarity and language. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IwebsDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to access paid features ends; see Privacy for data deletion.
