How to request a refund

• Email support@lykhaari.com from the address on your account, or call +92 324 8688690.
• Include your account email and approximate purchase date (or Paddle receipt ID if you have it).
• Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period — use this refund policy within 30 days of purchase if you want a refund. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing (Paddle customer portal) or by contacting support.
