Lykhaari is operated by IwebsDesign (“I Webs Design”), a sole proprietorship of Haseeb Iqbal, of 1, House no 152, Street no 1, MH. Sharif-Pura, Gujranwala.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use Lykhaari, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account: Google sign-in identifiers, email, display name.
• Project media: videos/audio you upload, generated captions, style settings.
• Usage & quotas: plan, storage and transcription meters needed to run the product.
• Billing: subscription status and Paddle customer/subscription IDs. Card details are handled by Paddle — we never store full card numbers.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.

3. How we use data

• Provide transcription, editing, export, and account features.
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Process payments and entitlements via Paddle (Merchant of Record).
• Respond to support requests and improve reliability.
• Comply with law and protect our rights.

4. Processors

We use trusted providers to run the service, including:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage)
• Speech-to-text providers (e.g. OpenRouter / OpenAI Whisper)
• Paddle.com for checkout, tax, and subscription billing
• Hosting providers for the application servers

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See also Paddle’s privacy materials at paddle.com.

5. Retention

Account and project data are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion via Delete account or by emailing support@lykhaari.com. We may retain limited records needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@lykhaari.com to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, authenticated APIs, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong Google account password.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
